Eko Ranger 6, 1972-ish (right-handed)
Status: For sale, £75.00
PictureI bought this steel-string acoustic guitar new in about 1972 from the same shop in Hampstead that I bought the Antoria Les Paul from. Good looks and a great acoustic sound. This is a right-handed guitar that I've strung left-handed, but the intonation doesn't seem to be adversley affected by this. This guitar has been through the wars. There are some cracks in the body, and the bridge has a crack and could be replaced. Having said all this, though, the guitar is solid and there are no rattles. The neck is great and the action, adjustable at the bridge, is very low for an acoustic. Built like a tank. Cracks could probably be put right without too much trouble by a good tech.
