Fender Telecaster, pre-1971

I can't find a picture of the actual Tele I owned, but this one is similar to it.

I bought this Telecaster in 1970 or 1971 after somehow managing to raise the money. I remember I bought it from a guy who lived in a council block somewhere along Jamaica Road in London, and it came complete with a Scala practice amp (but no case). There was nothing wrong with this guitar, but I sold it on in order to buy Gary Moore's Stratocaster. This is another guitar I wish I'd never disposed of and it would be extremely valuable now.
